I wasn’t sure if I would actually win when I first applied for scholarships, but then I received an email about a scholarship I had applied for a while back and was so excited! This scholarship means so much to me because it will help support my undergraduate degree in Public Health and future graduate school plans. As the first child in an immigrant household, navigating college has been a learning experience for my entire family. Using ScholarshipOwl made the process much easier and helped me stay consistent with applying. If I can win, you can too!

As a graduating high school senior, I am ecstatic to have won the Journal To Me scholarship, which will help me fund my journey in biochemistry. I initially signed up for ScholarshipOwl a few months ago and was astonished to have found several scholarship opportunities with simple applications. Taking the leap to apply to scholarships has paid off, and this recent success has inspired me to continue applying, even if I have low hopes. I am very thankful for this support, both for my education and for my family, and I’d like to encourage everyone to keep applying as well; there’s always a chance!
